Spaghetti Meat Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs ground beef 80/20

2 sweet onions - diced

8 garlic cloves - minced

1 tsp salt

1 28 oz crushed tomatoes

2 can tomato sauce

2 can diced tomatoes w/ garlic, oregano, basil

2 tbs sugar

4 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper


DIRECTIONS

•       Prepare the meat: Heat a large Dutch oven on med high heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and ½ tsp salt cook until meat is no longer pink. Once fully cooked drain any drippings to avoid a greasy sauce.

•       Building the sauce: add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a low boil and then turn down the heat to med low and let simmer for 30 minutes.

•       Pasta: Boil your pasta per package instructions while sauce is cooking

•       Serve: Serve over pasta and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese
