I was born in Louisiana which is where a lot of my Cajun recipe's come from. I work in the IT field for a Managed Service provider. I have been in IT for over 25+ years but I have always loved cooking even at a early age. I remember growing up my mom telling friends if I had a recipe, I could make it look like the picture and taste just as good. So now I have a YouTube channel so I can share all my recipes for all my friends and anyone willing to watch.
