Grilled Marinaded Porkchops
Ingredients
4 lbs bone in porkchops
*2 lbs per marinade
2 large zip top bags
Garlic & Herb Marinade
6 tbs olive oil
4 tbs lemon juice
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Honey Mustard Marinade
2 tbs olive oil
4 tbs honey
3 tbs Dijon mustard
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp paprika
Directions
Add ingredients for each marinade into small bowl
Mix to combine
Placed 2 lbs of porkchops in bag
Pour marinaded into bag
Close bag
Toss the bag an ensure chops are covered
Store in refrigerator for 4-6 hrs
Heat your grill to 400
After pork chops have marinated
Remove from bag
Shaking off excess marinade
Placed pork chops on grill
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side
Once cooked
Server w/ vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy
