Fresh Salsa

Salsa



Ingredients

4 Roma tomatoes cut in half

2 tomatoes peel and washed

1 poblano pepper cut in half *

1 jalapeno cut in half *

1 Cereno pepper cut in half *

½ white onion peeled

3 cloves of garlic peeled

1-2 limes

Cilantro

salt

Olive oil


*remove seeds and veins for less spicy salsa


Directions

Set the oven to broil

Place vegetables on foil line baking dish

Brush with olive oil


Broil for 10-15 minutes

Place broiled vegetables into food processor

Add in large handful of cilantro

Pinch of salt

Add juice of 1 lime to start

Pulse vegetable to your desired consistency

Taste and add more lime or salt as needed


Place in large serving bowl

Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes


Server w/ chips or Favorite Mexican dish
