Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

4-6 Pork Chops

2 Cups Flour

Oil

½ cup Milk

3 Eggs

Cajun Seasoning

Directions

In large pan

Heat oil on med heat

Season both sides of the pork chops

And set to the side

Place Flour in large bowl

Crack eggs into bowl

Add milk and whisk together

Pass pork chops in egg wash

Coating both sides

Pass pork chops in flour

Coating both sides

Based on the size of your chops

Place 2 – 3 in the hot oil

Cook for 3-5 min

*Flip chops about halfway thought*

Place chops on wire rack

Cook the remaining pork chop

Server with Mashed potatoes and gravy
