Crawfish Cornbread

INGREDIENTS

1 Box Jiffy Mix Cornbread

3 eggs

1 bunch green onion - chopped

1 Sm yellow onion – chopped

1 Bell Pepper – chopped

1 can Rotel

1 lbs crawfish

8oz Pepper Jack Cheese - chopped

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 stick butter

 

 DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350

Add butter to an 11-inch cast iron skillet

Placed skillet in the oven to heat up and melt the butter

 

To a large mixing bowl add all ingredients

Mix to combine fully

 

Remove skillet from oven

Pour mixture into the skillet

Bake for 40-50 minutes till golden brown

Let cook for 15 minutes
