Cowboy Butter Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken thighs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mined onion dried
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Butter Sause
1 stick butter
½ tsp minced garlic
Zest 1 lemon
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp minced onion dried
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbs smoked paprika
DIRECTIONS
To a small bowl add the following
· Garlic, minced dried onion, paprika, salt and pepper
Whisk to combine
Season chicken on all sides
Heat a small pan on med heat and add the following
· Butter, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice and zest
Mix to combine and heat till butter is fully melted
Remove and set to the side
Heat a large skillet on med high
Add 2 tbs of the butter sauce
Place chicken into the skillet skin side down
Cook till skin is crisp
Flip the chicken and pour the remaining butter sauce over chicken
Cover and cook for 20 or till has internal temp of 165
Serve with your favorite side
