Chicken Pot Pie Noodles
INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breasts cut in half
(Cut Length ways)
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
2 cups chicken broth
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
12 oz bag froze mix vegetables
1 12 oz bag egg noodles
½ cup heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken breast in half-length ways
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Heat skillet on med heat
Melt your butter and then whish in flour
Cook for 1-2 minutes till fully blender
Add 2 cups of chicken broth
Whisk to fully combine and cook for 1-2 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika onion and garlic powder
Stir to fully combine spices into mixture
Cook till it starts to bubble
Add the frozen vegetables
Mix to combine
Cook for 1-2 minutes
Add your chicken and cover with mixture
Cover and cook for 12 minutes
Remove chicken and cut into cubes
Return to your mixture
Cook your egg noodles per package instructions
Add your cooked noodles to your chicken mixture
Stir in the heavy cream
Mix to fully combine
Serve with biscuits
