Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
6 whole bell peppers (any color)
1 Lbs. ground beef
1 white onion diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 can diced tomatoes drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup frozen corn
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ Tsp salt
½ Tsp pepper
1 ½ cups shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease 9x13 pan
Cut top off each bell pepper
Remove the seeds and membrane from the inside
Place on 9x13 pan
Heat large skillet on med high
Cook ground beef and onions
Cook till onions are browned
Drain any excess fat or liquids
Add garlic
Cook for 1-2 minutes
Remove from heat
Add tomatoes, rice and corn
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
Add cup of cheese
Mix to combine
Spoon in mixture into peppers
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Place in preheated 350-degree oven
Cook for 30 minutes till cheese is bubbling and brown
