Southern Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding

Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 ½ cup sugar

2 cups milk

1 can Condensed milk

1 tbs vanilla

7 slices of Texas Toast bread

**or 14 slices regular bread

6 ounces butter melted

1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Add eggs and sugar in large bowl

Mix till combined

Add milk, condensed milk, cinnamon and vanilla

Mix till combined

Break up bread and add to bowl

Mix until evenly combined

Add butter

Mix until combined

Spray a 8x11 baking dish with cooking spray

Pour mixture into baking dish

Back for 45 minute to an hour

Mixture will rise like a souffle

When golden brown

Remove from oven

Let rest for 15 before serving

Top with caramel or chocolate sauce
