Queso
INGREDIENTS
1 lbs Velvetta cheese
1 8oz pepper jack cheese
1 pint Half & Half
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 4oz can green chilies
DIRECTIONS
Cut up your cheese into small pieces
In medium saucepan combine Half & Half and seasonings
Whisk to fully combine
Cook over med heat stirring very frequently
Once bubble form on the edge reduce heat to med low
slow add in your Velveeta cheese stirring till completely melted
repeat with your pepper jack cheese
once completely smooth remove from heat and add your chilies
mix to fully combine chilies and cheese
Serve with Chips
