Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

Small Bag Red Potatoes (1-2 lbs)

2-3 tbs Cajun Seasoning

2 tbs Olive oil

3 Garlic cloves

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F

Quarter red potatoes place in large bowl

Mince garlic place in bowl

Add olive oil to bowl

Add 2-3 tbs Cajun seasoning

Toss to evenly cover potatoes

Spread the potatoes out in an evenly a baking sheet

Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes

Cook till crisp and fork tender
