Oven Brisket Tacos
INGREDIENTS
3-4 lbs brisket - trimmed
1 32oz beef stock
Beef Fajitas Seasoning
Tortillas
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Remove most of the fat cap from the brisket DO NOT REMOVE ALL
Rub seasoning on all sides of your brisket
Place brisket in large roasting pan fat side down
Bake for 1 hour
Reduce oven to 300
Add stock to pan
Cover tightly with foil and bake 3-4 hrs till tender
Remove fat from brisket
Thinly slice brisket
Place on tortillas and top with Pico De Gallo and Guacamole
