Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 lbs. 80/20 Ground Beef
2 eggs – lightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic grated
½ cup Ketchup
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 450
In bowl add eggs, milk and Worcestershire
Mix till combined
Heat oil in large skillet over Med heat
Add onion, garlic, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp
Cook till onions are tender (5-10 mins)
Add 3 tbs ketchup
Cook for another 3-5 mins
Remove from heat and let cool down
About 30 minutes
In a large bowl
Add Ground beef
Add Egg mixture and combine
Add cooked onions and combine
Add breadcrumbs and combine
Transfer to glass baking dish
Shape into a loaf
Evenly spread remain ketchup over the top
Bake for 5 minutes at 450
Lower to 350 and cook 30-35 mins
When internal temp is 150+
Remove from oven
Let rest for 20 minutes
