Hot Sausage Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 lbs Italian Sausage
8 oz chorizo
1 cup beer or chicken broth
2 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1-2 jalapenos seeded and diced
1 cup cream cheese soften
1 ½ cup milk
2 tbs AP Flour
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet cook your Italian sausage
Drain excess fat and set to the side
At chorizo to skillet and cook
Drain excess fat and set to the side
Add your beer and heat over medium
Add your cream cheese and whisk till smooth
Add cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan
Stir until the cheese s fully melted and smooth
Add, milk, flour, mustard, paprika, garlic and onion powder and jalapenos
Whisk to combine
Continue to cook until it thickens and heat though out
Add your sausage and chorizo still till fully combined
Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt & Pepper
Serve with tortilla chips or pretzels
