Hot Dog Chili
Ingredients
2 ½ cups water
2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
½ onion – minced
1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs paprika
2 tbs sugar
4 tbs chili powder
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs hot sauce
2 tbs spicy ketchup
2 tbs tomato paste
Directions
In a large pot
Heat 2 ½ cups of water
Add in Ground Beef
Break up the ground beef in the heating water
Add all ingredients except tomato paste
Mix to combine
Bring to a boil
Cover and lower heat
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add tomato paste
Mix to combine
Simmer for another 10 minutes
Grease will rise to the top
Skim off the grease off the top
If you want it thicker cook for longer with the lid off
