Garlic Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
2.5 lbs Russet Potatoes (you can peel if you like)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup half and half
2 tsp garlic powder
5 tbs butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fill large power 2/3 with water
Add 1-2 tbs salt
Cut potatoes into 2 inch pieces
Place into pot
Place pot on store
Cover and bring to a boil
Cook for 15 minutes till fork tender
Drain an place potatoes in large bowl
Mash the potatoes with masher
Add butter to potatoes
Mix till butter is melted
Add sour cream, half and half and garlic
Mix to combine
Taste and add salt as needed
Server w/ any meal as side disk
