Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients
4 Russet potatoes sliced into wedges
1 ½ TBS Italian seasoning
1 TPS Salt
1 TPS pepper
4 TBS Olive oil
2 TPS Garlic powder
1/8 TPS Cayenne Pepper - Optional
½ Cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Using a large bowl
Add the potato wedges and seasoning
Mix it well that all the wedges are coated
Now one by one add them to the baking sheet
Bake it for 25-35 minutes
Before getting them out check with a fork
If not fully done cook an additional 5 minutes
Add them to a serving bowl or plate
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
Ranch dressing or ketchup as a side for Dipping
