Crockpot Korean Beef
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs Flank Steak
½ cup Soy Sauce
2.5 tbs Sesame Oil
1 1/3 cup diced onion
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 1/3 tsp garlic powder
1 1/3 cup beef broth
DIRECTIONS
• Prepare the Sauce: Add all seasoning and liquid to your crock pot. Using a wish, mix to combine.
• Prepare the meat: Cut the flank steak into strips. Depending on the size you may need to cut into smaller piece.
• Crockpot: Place your flank steak into the crockpot, mix till flank steak is fully coated in the sauce
• Cooking: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs.
• Serve: Place over rice, noodles, or vegetables
