Beef Roast
Ingredients
1 1 -1 - 3/4 lb Beef Roast
1Lb of Carrots and Potatoes
1 - Small bag of Frozen Green Beans
1/2 Small bag of Frozen Peas
2 packages of Brown Gravy Mix
2 tbs Oil
Cajun/ Season All
1 cup Beef Stock/Broth
Directions
Season Beef Roast on All sides
added Oil to pan and heat
once hot brown Beef Roast on all side
transfer to a Crock port
add Veggies and Beef Stock/Broth
cook on high for 3-4 hours to pull apart tender
mix Brown Gravy
add to crockpot
cook an addition 15-30 mins till thick
Server alone or w/ Mash Potatoes
