Creamy Cajun Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
12oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef 80/20
1 tbs Cajun seasoning
1 med onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
¾ cup shredded cheddar
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
Boil your spaghetti per package instructions
In large skillet heat oil over med heat
Add ground beef can cook until brown
Add onion and garlic to the skillet
Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until onion is soft
Add Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper
Stire to combine seasoning with your ground beef
Add chicken broth and heavy cream
Stire to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes
Lower heat and stir in parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Mix until sauce becomes creamy and smooth
Add your spaghetti to the skillet
Toss to evenly coast with the sauce
Simmer for 1-2 minutes so the pasta can absorb the flavor
