Chicken Fried Steak
Ingredients
1.5 cups Milk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 Tsp Seasoned salt
¾ Tsp cayenne
3 lbs. cube steak
Oil
Directions
In a large dish mix eggs and milk
In a large dish mix flour and seasonings
Working with 1 piece of cube steak
Flour both sides
Shake off excess
Pass in egg wash
Place back in the flour and coat both sides
Place to the side
Repeat with the remaining cube steak
Heat a large skillet on med-high
Add oil till about skillet is about ½ full
Once oil is hot
Added 2-3 cube steaks
Cook for about 2-3 minutes both sides
Once done set on wire rack to drain
Repeat with the remaining cube steak
Serve with mashed potatoes and a white pepper gravy
