Cajun Red Beans
Ingredients
1 lb of Red Beans
2 14 oz package of Sausage
1 Small Onion
1 Small Bell Pepper
1 Can Rotel
1 TBLSP of Cajun Seasoning
1 TBLSP of Hot Sauce
1 TBLSP of Liquid Smoke
1 Can of Refried Beans
Directions
Add beans to large bowl or pot
Add seasoning
Soak Beans in over night
Slice up sausage
Dice up 1 small onion
Dice up 1 small bell pepper
Add Beans to Crockpot
Add everything except Refried Beans to Crockpot
Cook on High till Beans are tender (4-5 hrs)
Add Refried Beans and mix till dissolved
Serve over Rice
