Cajun Boiled Shrimp
Ingredients
4-6 lbs. Shrimp
1 Package of Small Red Potatoes
1 Package of Frozen Corn
6 Lemons (sliced in half)
Seafood Seasoning Boil
Equipment
Large Pot (20+ quart)
Propane
Gas Burner
Note: Can be done on kitchen stove

Directions
Fill Large pot ¾ full of water
Set on Gas Burner
Heat till water comes to rolling boil
Once water is boiling
Add 1 cup of Boil Seasoning
Add potatoes
Cook for 15-30 mins till tender
Once tender
Remove from pot
Add 1 cup of Boil seasoning
Add corn
Cook for 15 minutes
Remove from pot
Add 1 cup of Boil Seasoning
Add lemons to pot
Add shrimp
Increase flame on burner
Once boiling
Cut off heat and cover
Let sit for 15 minutes
Remove from pot and serve w/ vegetables and Dip
Mayo Onion Dip
Ingredients
2 Cups Mayo
½ Onion
1 tbs Hot Sauce
1 tbs Worchester Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Using Food Processor
Puree the ½ onion
Add to a bowl
Add remaining ingredients
Mix to combine
Refrigerate
Serve with boiled seafood
