Beef Vegetable Soup



Ingredients

1 3 lb Beef Roast

1 64oz Beef Broth

2 Beef Bouillon Cubes

1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes - Quartered

1 Lb Carrots - slices

1 Lb Small White Potatoes - Quartered

1 Package Frozen Cut Green Beans

1 Package Frozen Pea

2 Pkg Brown Gravy Mix

1 TBS Hot Sause

2 TBS Season All (I Use Tonys)

1 Cap of Kitchen Bouquet

Water



Directions

Cut Beef roast in to 1 inch cubes

Add Beef to large pot

Add Beef Broth

Add Water to cover beef

Add 1 TBS of Seasoning

Cook on Med High till beef is tender (about 2 hours)

Add more Water during cooking to ensure beef is covered


Once Beef is tender

Add Tomatoes cut into 4th and juice

Add Carrots, Potatoes, Green Beans, Peas and Beef Bullion Cubes

Add more water as needed to cover all ingredients

Add 1 TBS or Seasoning and Hot Sause

Add more water during the cooking

Once potatoes are tender (about 1 hour)

Add 2 packages of Brown Gravy (If you want a thicker soup, you can add another package)


Serve with side of Garlic bread
