Baked Catfish

Baked Catfish

INGREDIENTS

4 catfish fillets

2 tsp oil

2 tsp lemon juice

3 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried tarragon

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil and lemon juice

In another small bowl combine your seasonings

Whisk to mix evenly

Place your catfish on a foil lined backing dish

Brush you fish with the oil-lemon mixture

Sprinkle seasoning evenly over your fillets

Rub the seasoning gently into the fish

Flip over your fillets and repeat

Place your fish in your preheated over

Bake for 10-15 minute or until fish flakes easily with a fork
