Bacon Wrapped Green Beans
Ingredients
2 lbs. Fresh Green Beans (Blanched)
1 packs of thick cut Bacon
1 Stick butter
Brown Sugar
Onion Powder
Directions
In Large pot
Fill pot ¾ with water
Add Tbs of Salt
Heat till boiling
Add Green Beans
Cook for 2 minutes
Remove beans and place in ice bath for 3 mins
Remove and set in strainer to drain
Pat dry with paper towels
Heat Oven to 350
Cut you pack of bacon in half
Place your half slices of bacon on cutting board
Add Tsp of brown sugar
Small pat of butter
**cut ¼ inch slice and cut in to 3 pieces**
Sprinkle with Onion Powder
Place 6 Green Beans on top
Wrap bacon around the Beans
**tooth pics can be used to keep together**
Place on wired baking tray
Repeat till you have no more green beans
Place in oven
Cook for 30-45 minutes until bacon is crispy
