Mississippi Mud Pie
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup butter – softened
1 pkg (5.9oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese – softened
1 cup powder sugar
1 container whipped topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl
Add flour, pecans, and butter
Mix to combine
Press mixture into 9x13 baking dish
Bake for 15 minutes
remove once golden brown
let completely cook down before use
Mix pudding according to package
Let stand for 5 minutes
In bowl
Mix cream cheese and powder sugar
Blend till smooth
Folder in 1 cup of whipped topping
Spread over cooled crust
Spread pudding over cream cheese layer
Top with remaining whipped topping
Top with pieces of pecans or chocolate curls
