Italian Meatball’s in Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
2 lbs ground Meat
*I use 1 lbs beef and 1 lbs Italian sausage
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
*Plan or Italian
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup yellow onion – finely minced
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
*Omit if using Italian breadcrumbs
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Set oven rack to middle position
Set to broil
Place all ingredients to a large bowl
Using your hands
Mix till thoroughly combined
Using a 1.5 tbs dough scoop for your meatballs
Scoop out meat then roll with your hands
There should be about 45 meatballs
Place on a foil lined backing tray
Place in over for 7 minutes
Turn over and cook another 7-10 minutes
Once brown remove from the oven
Placed in sauce

Cook for an additional 20 minutes
Server over pasta
