Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
1 stick unsalted butter - Room Temp
2 large eggs
4 ripe bananas
1 tbs milk
1 tbs cinnamon
2 cup AP Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325
Grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl
Add your eggs one at a time
Beat well after each egg is added
In a small bowl mash, your banana with a fork
Add milk and cinnamon and mix to combine
In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Mix to combine
Add banana mixture to the creamed eggs a small amount at a time
Once fully combined slowly add your flour
Once all your flour is added
Pour your batter into the greased loaf pan
Cook for 1 hour
Using a toothpick insert into the center
If toothpick comes out clean your batter is done
If toothpick doesn’t come out clean cook for another 15 minutes
Once bread is done
Remove from the pan and let cool on wire rack
Let bread cool completely before slicing
